Chapter 2 - How to Setup & Verify Your Profile

Getting Your Profile Ready

After signing up, you will first see the Home Dashboard. It shows the overview of your submissions and keeps track of your recent activities. You can also add your personal notes here and set your priorities. Once you start working on jobs, the overview here will automatically be updated.  

Now, let's move on to how you can update your profile and get it verified. Verifying your profile as a recruiter is important to work on Splitle

Before you start working on jobs, this is the first crucial step. With a profile properly set up and verified, you will be able to access more features, such as requesting client details on jobs that you choose to work on.

To set up your profile, go to the profile section from the menu on the left side of your screen. 

1. My Profile Tab

Here you can enter your personal information like your Name, Email, Contact Details, etc. 

2. Documents Tab

Next, under the Documents tab, you can upload your country’s government-issued identity proof such as Driving License, Aadhar Card, etc.  Next, click on 'Verify my Account'. You will see that the status of your profile will change to 'Under Revision'. Then, our internal team will review your profile and upon verification your status will change to verified. Additionally, you will receive an email confirming your verification. You can now even register your company on Splitle.  

3. Job Preferences Tab

Set your preferences for roles and industries you're interested in, with the option to select multiple industries.

4. Bank Details Tab

Enter your Account Number, Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Swift Code, and other required information. 

5. Notifications Tab

From here you can set up your preferences for Calls, SMS, Emails by turning notifications on or off.  

Note: 
  • You are required to submit a government-issued ID that validates your name, includes a photo ID, and gives proof of address. If one ID doesn't cover all three, you can upload two separate IDs.

  • Your bank details are required by the platform to credit the commissions to your account automatically after you have successfully closed a job by placing a candidate. Your data is safe with us, you can check our privacy policy on the website for more details.

  • Swift Code is required for global transactions and every bank globally has a Swift Code. For example, the USA has a Routing Number (or ACH Routing Number) a 9-digit code and India has IFSC Code. You can similarly enter your country’s local transaction code.  

  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.


And that's it! Your profile is now set up!
